1.Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
- The product is in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back.
2.Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery (unless defective)
3.Return Process

Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions and the return address
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4.Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement at no additional cost
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5.Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
We will assess the issue and offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund (if applicable)
6.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If the returned item does not meet our conditions, we may refuse the refund or apply a partial refund.
7.Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped
8.Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
