This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Homzyo.com.


30-Day Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, provided they meet the eligibility requirements below.

  • The item is unused and unassembled.
  • The product remains in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and hardware are included.
  • The item is in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.

Please contact our customer support team before sending any return. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been assembled, modified, or misused
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address.


Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Homzyo will arrange a replacement or cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund when appropriate

Refund Processing

After your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 2–5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase for a full refund.

After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipping.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
